All services are available through in person appointments or through Telehealth. For those using Telehealth, you will be sent a care package of art supplies.

Individual Art Therapy & Psychotherapy 

Individual sessions offer a safe and non-judgmental space to address your concerns. As we get to know each other I offer interventions to support you as you are, while recognizing that there are things you’d like to work on. I will help you set goals and explore what skills and techniques work best for you. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to introduce practical skills for relationship dynamics, managing emotions, and communication. We can use art as a tool for self-expression and discovery, or just self soothing during tough conversations.   

Individual sessions are available for teens and adults. Parent & child dyads/family sessions are also welcome after initial individual sessions. Sessions are typically once a week and last 60 minutes. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to help you decide whether we are a good fit. 


Parent & Teen Dyads

Parent and teen relationships can be difficult from every perspective. Conflicts and clashing opinions are normal, but don’t have to define your relationship. I work primarily with teenagers and young adults, but if we all agree that bringing parent(s) in from time to time would help, we will.
