Hi, my name is Stella Fischl, and I’m a therapist based in New York and Connecticut. My aim is to help you feel more in control of your life by building self assurance, working through traumas, and navigating difficult relationship. I’m not a blank slate, I want you to know you’re talking to a real person. Starting therapy can be a daunting process, but just being here means you’re already taking the steps you need.
