Welcome to Centered, a space for finding balance. I’m Stella Fischl, a Licensed and Board-Certified Creative Arts Therapist. My goal is to provide supportive therapy for teens and adults - I’m not a blank slate, I want you to know you’re talking to a real person. Deciding to seek therapy can be daunting, we will work together to make it work for you.

I offer HIPAA compliant Telehealth services to make therapy more accessible. I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and can work virtually with clients from both states.
